How to book a free or paid CTI webinars

 

1. Go to the CTI Website and click on ‘Our Shop’

2. You should see the current webinar/events list – among other good stuff.

3. Go to the free webinar (Live Webinar) of your choice & click on the dark box that says ‘Free’ (for paid webinars you should click Purchase box) .

4. You will be asked to Log in with Email, please sign up if you have not registered yet. If you have already registered please log in with your email and password.

5. You should get a message saying “Order Completed”

6. Please check your email as you should receive a confirmation. Make sure you also check your 'Spam' if you do not receive this. 

 

How to join Live Webinar:

1. Please go to complextraumainstitute.org and click on 'My Purchases' – Listed under 'Our Shop'. You should see a menu containing info about the webinar and the purchase date (it’s just easier logistically to say purchase – but of course it is free)

  2. There will be boxes on the bottom saying Live event / Handouts / Certificate / Course Description  

​

  3. On the day and time of the webinar simply click on the Live Event box to join us! The website will automatically launch Zoom and redirect you to the event. After the event, this is where you will find your CPD Certificate (Certificate button). You may have to complete a feedback form first.

  4. Are you wanting to watching one of your on-demand purchases? Go to your 'My Purchases' area. Then find the purchase you want to access and click on 'Launch Viewer'. After enjoying your purchase, this is where you will find your CPD Certificate (Certificate button). You may have to complete a feedback form first.

  4. You will need to have Zoom installed on your browser.
