Service Description

Join our membership to take part in monthly CTI Learning Group Supervision (a Saturday monthly at 10:00 UK time - 90 min facilitated by Dzmitry Karpuk, supervisor, trainer, systemic family psychotherapist: - Peer group supervision where we use the Reflective Team Model - It is a safe space for professionals to share experiences of working with complex trauma survivors, integrating Integrating embodied and systemic approaches aligned with stage-based recovery models. -It helps with reducing isolation of professionals and is a way to connect with other members and those working with complex trauma -It fosters a collaborative supportive learning space for all -It helps to incorporate your current modality whilst including a new perspective such as trauma informed practice, systemic and body-focused interventions, etc or more specific topics like working in schools, prisons, private settings, with young people, adults etc. This group is designed to support your professional development through the Phased Recovery Model, which recognises safety and stabilisation as essential foundations of trauma support. Our aim is not to replace your current therapeutic approach, but to help you integrate additional competencies into your existing practice. About Dzmitry - Dzmitry Karpuk is a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist, registered with the Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Practice (AFT) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). He has around 35 years of experience working with traumatised clients and extensive expertise in supporting professionals who work with vulnerable populations, including those affected by burnout and vicarious trauma. Dzmitry is also a trainer for Blake Emergency Services, Suicide Bereavement UK, and the Complex Trauma Institute. He regularly provides individual and group supervision to clinicians working privately and across national organisations such as Family Action, Migrant Help, Rape Crisis, and others.
