How to book and access free CTI webinars


  1. Go to the CTI Website and click on ‘Our Shop’

  2. You should see the current webinar/events list – among other good stuff.

  3. Go to the free webinar (Live Webinar) of your choice & click on the dark box that says ‘Free’.

  4. You will be asked to Log in with Email, please sign up if you have not registered yet. If you have already registered please log in with your email and password.

  5. You should get a message saying “Order Completed”

  6. Please check your email as you should receive a confirmation. Make sure you also check your 'Spam' if you do not receive this. 


How to use the Members Area:

  1. Please go to and click on 'Members Area' – Listed under 'Professional Support'. This is where you can access everything in one place and keep your past & upcoming bookings.

  2. As soon as you access the Members Area, you will find a box containing a list with:

  • Forum

  • Settings

  • Library

  • My Purchases

3. Click on My purchases and you should see a menu containing info about the webinar and the purchase date (it’s just easier logistically to say purchase – but of course it is free)

4. There will be boxes on the bottom saying Live event / Handouts / Certificate / Course Description  

5. On the day and time of the webinar simply click on the live event box and it will take you to your web browser and the zoom link

6. You will need to have Zoom installed on your browser.
