The authors write about shared experience of colleagues working in the field of complex trau-ma following a discussion group at the Virtual Spring Symposium on Complex Trauma: Sur-viving Pandemics and Disasters organised by the Complex Trauma Institute in March 2022. In the article the writers reflect on common themes and topics emerging from reflective conver-sations. This article will be of interest to therapists who are wanting to explore or consider the wider systemic issues and challenges of working in this field.
